Genius Announces the Traveler 9000 Multi-Surface Wireless Mouse

Genius, a PC peripherals company, today announced the availability of the Traveler 9000 BlueEye-tracking wireless mouse. The device can work on slippery surfaces such as marble and glass due to the BlueEye technology and has an ambidextrous design. It also has a 1200 dpi optical engine which helps with movement and responsiveness. The mouse can be connected to a notebook or PC with the small-sized Pico USB receiver over a 2.4GHz RF frequency.

The package also comes with a "Stick-N-Go" mount; a small notebook mount with an adhesive back that can be used while in transit. The mount and receiver both fit into the inside of the mouse by removing the back cover. Also inside that same compartment is the slot for one AAA battery, needed to make the mouse run.

The Genius Traveler 9000 is available now in the United States and Canada for $29.90. It can come in black, blue, yellow, red, and the limited-time color "snow beige."
